And tomorrow's supposed to be even hotter.

88 today, tops. (Now of course, it's a SAUNA out there... steam rising from the wet ground as I type..., but only 88!)

While we were in Seattle it was 75 and sunny all week. My husband is now tormenting me with "where's all the rain you told me happened in Seattle...I think you were fibbing."

"The record for today in Eugene was set in 1991, at 99F. The forecast call for a tie, I think it'll be broken. I love breaking records."
Asshat. If it wasn't so hot I'd hunt him down and pummle him.

At least it's not humid, and the window fans are a HUGE help. Hey cmdr_zoom, I know where to get some, they're only 16 dollars and I'd be happy to run you over there to help you with your little hot box apartment.

You want to increase air flow. A floor fan in an open door helps, but sitting in a blocked area does nothing.
