Civ ate my brain (again)

Last night, as part of my ongoing compatibility testing of my new system - seeing what old stuff will run in XP, and what needs to move over to my Win98/DOS box - I installed Civilization II. I figured I'd play a few turns, test the music, watch a Wonder movie or two...

I really should know better. Eight hours later, way past my bedtime, I was still clicking away at the Skinner box. Must... destroy... Romans...

And now, having somehow gotten through work today, it is the hour of the napping. See you later.

Civ in any incarnation has always been adictive. I think that's why it's my default game, at least since MOM went kablooe.
