Is anyone else creeped out by the Funky Cat Maybe video going around?

I mean, yeah, they're chibi catgirls. So kawaii.
Who, when they aren't performing dance numbers in perfect unison, go around abducting, transforming, and assimilating normal girls to add to their numbers.
Over the course of the video, we see one frightened girl cornered, and then appear in the dance line as part of the collective.
And they all smile, ALL THE TIME.

They're the @%$#! Kitty Borg.
A hymn to kawaii konformity.

Clearly they are are a catgirl collective, a feline hivemind under the malevolent control of the Chibi Queen. You can tell who she is because during their complex dancing routines, only one catgirl had to keep her eyes open to avoid tripping, falling over things, and track their prey. THat one is clearly their Imperious Leader!

Based on the video and my own experience, we don't appear to have two sets of ears. I guess they move upward during the cocoon/metamorphosis stage.

Hmm... Must be watching the wrong anime... But I'll still have to decline. I had a hard enough time getting my Elven, Feline, Lupine, and Raven D.N.A. to all play nice together. Who knows what adding Nekogirl DNA would do...
