Too much and not enough
May. 3rd, 2006 08:04 pmToo much to know.
Too much to read.
Too much to write.
Too much to play.
Too much to do.
Not enough time.
Not enough for hobbies and interests and random curiousity.
Not enough for magazines and news, for message boards and livejournals, for novels and encyclopediae.
Not enough for the half-formed stories waiting to be told, or those already dead in the womb.
Not enough for all the new games and all the old favorites.
Not enough for work and rest and friends and self.
Never enough.
So I must choose the paths not to walk, the doors not to open, the joys not to feel, the things not to learn.
Choose what will not be.
