[KH2] Ouch Mode

cmdr_zoomSo I played through the prologue of Kingdom Hearts 2 and only then found out about the secret ending video which can either be unlocked by (a) completely filling in Jiminy's Journal, a task which I'm told makes CoX badge hunting look like that day at the beach Roxas never got; or (b) simply finishing the game on Proud Mode (that is, hard).
Well, duh, thinks I. Regular difficulty's been pretty easy so far. Bring it on.
The regular fights weren't too bad. Definitely challenging, where they weren't before. But I just got to the first boss, the giant Nobody... and he handed me my ass. Repeatedly.
So much for that. Especially when my reward for a hundred more fights just like that one is a 1:30 video clip that's already all over Youtube. (And which isn't really all that interesting. Now, if those three knights turn out to be Cecil, Celes and... well, definitely not Steiner...)
And, the crowning touch - of course I saved over my completed-prologue game when I started. Guh. Looks like I get to go back, start over yet again, and spend another four to six hours plowing through My Beloved Peasant Matrix.
