Going into the kitchen just now, I saw on the counter an object - ordinary to us, but I suddenly wondered what an alien or time-traveller might make of it:

A small bottle full of golden-yellow liquid, labeled "ultra concentrated JOY."


(Alas, if they decided to sample the contents, I doubt the experience would be very joyful.)
