Another quiet Sunday

The people who said they were coming by this weekend to pick up my clothes never did, so I guess I'll take the three bags full (everything that's old and/or doesn't fit anymore) down to the donation center sometime soon. I should also get in touch with the local SCA again to see if they want my old garb for Gold Key.

Other cleaning out of stuff I'd rather not move goes not so well. The couch is clear - mostly because I wanted to nap on it Saturday morning while waiting for a phone call to go out to lunch with my mother, which was very nice - but the floor is now even more of a mess. And even when one disposes of all the random clutter, I'm uncomfortably aware of how much books and papers and random computer stuff I have to move.

I do have six likely ads from the classifieds to start checking out tomorrow, and anything else I see while in the neighborhood of those. Wish me luck on finding a decent one-bedroom, not too far from downtown and/or campus. (I care more about the former than the latter, since my job is right in the center of downtown, but campus is only seven blocks away on the other side. That's about the radius that I want to stay within for ease of bike-commute.)

And I have a game I'd like to play, but I should probably be a good boy and make a try at finishing up a project I told someone I would.
