This game asks a lot of its protagonist during the lead-up to the final confrontation. I kept waiting for a "You want me to cut off my what?"
(I guess that with all the ADAM you sucked out of the Bad Guy, they could grow it back later, but...)

Date: 2007-09-15 09:57 am (UTC)A "spiritual successor" to System Shock and System Shock 2, in the sense that it's basically the latter game with a new setting and name changes (see also X-COM: Terror From the Deep). Gorgeously atmospheric skulking (or running-and-gunning) through the undersea city of Rapture, a failed Objectivist utopia now fallen into decay and madness - all with an Art Deco, mid-20th sensibility.
