Back to the grind
Feb. 11th, 2008 08:08 amSix weeks left to find another job. Piece of cake, right? Right?
This time last year, I might have believed it.
(At least my network is working/open again. One less thing to fret about.)
Seriously...
The hardest part is that even thinking about it brings back all those feelings of despair and doubt. I'd hoped that having one university job would make getting another much easier; well, maybe, but many of the postings are still asking for things I don't have, and I can't help thinking there'll be someone more qualified than me for every one. (I didn't even get this job on the first try, and it's pretty basic, IMO.)
