Always something

cmdr_zoomGot DSL last night. My net works again, yay! Nice to be out from behind a router. The speed seems comparable to what I had before, and it's all mine. Of course, now I've gone from "nothing" to do to plenty of things that need (or at least want) attention.
Similarly, I've mostly finished my regular work for the term, but they keep finding other tasks for me. (That's good, right?) Still no word on a permanent position, in Admissions or any other department. That tempers my relief somewhat... but, turning it around, at least I no longer have a mostly-blocked net nagging at me and adding to my stress at this time.
Back to work.
