the problem of too much imagination
Mar. 3rd, 2011 05:46 pmI can envision all the potential consequences of my mistakes
possibilities blooming out before me like oil on water
a fractal of failure

Humans are flawed beings, capable of making mistakes and dwelling on the what-ifs of life. This is where failure is felt the hardest, but the burden is levied by acceptance. What happened cannot be changed, but the future is filled with broad possibilities. The only thing we can change is ourselves, in the here and now, taking the lessons we have learned and applying them for a better tomorrow.
It has been a long 33 weeks since I last said goodbye, Commander. I don't know if you'll see this tomorrow or any number of days after. I hope you see this, knowing there is someone out there knowing the amazing Commander Zoom is also out there, and is better for the experience.
Good luck, and Godspeed.
