Recent Savage Love columns have me wondering whether he truly prints a representative sample of the letters he receives, or cherry-picks the ones that he can answer in the most smugly judgmental manner possible.

I'm pretty sure it's the latter. He's spot on in some ways, but more and more he's just a smug douche. I don't even read his column anymore, because the ratio of good advice to douchery has tipped too far into the latter for me to bother.

He's been picking on assexuals a lot lately too, though he's backed off on his anti-trans stance. The douche ratio is huge generally. I hate that mainstream media has decided he gets to represent all of queerdom, whenever they want someone to talk on an LGBT topic.
