I'm very much a fan of "more boolet" in online PvP, as it's about the only way I can semi-reliably hit another human (with my creaky old reflexes). Borderlands, however, has nice dumb AI that moves in predictable ways (and usually gives me time to line up the shot) and RPG elements that nudge my near-misses on target. I can actually go for headshots, which tend to be pure luck in the likes of CoD or even TF2.

Thus, my favorite brand would probably be Hyperion, with Atlas and Dahl coming in close behind and Jakobs and Maliwan for specific purposes/characters (Mordecai and Lilith, that is). Appearance is also a factor; I don't much care for S&S's trademark bright yellow, and Dahl's default woodland camo sticks out against the dry brown wastes of Pandora like a flamingo. Their urban and desert lines aren't just better quality, they're better looking, IMO.
