biomekanic for driving us. Got to meet some nice people (and naudiz's brother too ;) ) and see some others I hadn't talked to for months or years. Cried at the ceremony. Scored some unexpected points by picking up the flower petals right after the church emptied out - I just figured that someone had to do it, and better me than the caretaker or a family member. Didn't quite balance out the feeling I had for the rest of the evening that I was making faux pas all over the place. Enjoyed the meal and got to bring some leftovers home.
And now I get to spend the rest of the weekend hanging out with old friends (in town for the wedding) and new. Excellent.
