Hogwarts game
Dec. 7th, 2003 12:31 amI'll echo what
naudiz and
miladycarol have already said: tonight's session was amazing and epic. Not least because my character, who's been overwhelmed and/or miserable ever since coming to Hogwarts, finally had his long-anticipated breakdown and got to come back from it in a righteous and unexpected fashion, confronting and defeating his demons (quite literally). I'm so proud of him. Thanks also to Portia - he couldn't have done it without her at his back. That's two he owes her.
(Oh, and those other guys helped too. ;)
Props to
sbloss once again for a great game.

INT. HOGWARTS - DAY
The stairs at the foot of the Ravenclaw tower. As the crowd of students in their robes and vests and blue ties spills out into the corridor on their way to morning classes, Jason - looking weary, but not as beaten down - catches sight of Portia waiting for him.
Jason stops in front of Portia, suddenly awkward; he hesitates and fidgets like the 11-year-old boy he is. Portia smiles faintly and leans forward to gather him into a hug. Jason winces - he still hurts all over - then relaxes into it a little.
JASON: (shyly) That's two I owe you now.
PORTIA: (serenely) I'm not counting.
Pull back as the stream of Ravenclaw students flows around the two friends like an island of calm. An older boy pauses to give them an odd glance, then shrugs and continues on.
(and cut to Desdemona conversing with Lupin, I suppose :)
