Box of Delights

This one's by way of both biomekanic and gridlore: a box containing one dozen items representing you, your interests and your personality (to a blind date, for example).

1. The Star Wars RPG (2nd Edition Revised and Expanded), by West End Games;
   
2. A Red Squadron patch;
   
3. A can of Barq's root beer;
   
4. A replica of an Atari 2600 joystick, with games and TV connector built into the base;
   
5. The TRON soundtrack, by Wendy Carlos;
   
6. The Tarzan soundtrack, by Phil Collins;
   
7. The Apollo 13 soundtrack (score/promo version), by James Horner;
   
8. A cassette of Top 40 tunes taped off the radio in the 80s, or the same music converted to MP3s and burned to CD;
   
9. A page about the sign of Pisces, with a nice drawing of the fishes at the top;
   
10. Final Fantasy IX, by Squaresoft;
    
11. A Midsummer Night's Dream, by William Shakespeare;
    
12. And, lying on top, a peach rose.
    

(If that doesn't send them fleeing into the night...)

That, and the Shakespeare play, are to show that I'm not a total scary fanboy; I also have my educated, romantic, old-fashioned side. :)

Also, a peach rose was a prop/tag for an old alter-ego of mine, which I still remember fondly.
